I am an American living and working in the Czech Republic since 2008. I’ve worn several hats in my professional life: teacher, editor, coordinator, writer, mediator, consultant, and coach–to name a few. It’s a lot of roles, but there is one common denominator: helping others. I help folks struggling with chronic stress, burnout, and work/life imbalance rewire the mental habits keeping them stuck in a loop of stress and worry. My approach as a coach is to focus on how our thoughts about ourselves affect how we think and feel. I help my clients recognize when they’re putting themselves on the back burner or holding themselves to an unrealistic standard. With this awareness comes the ability to slow down and take better care of ourselves, which allows us more energy to go after our goals, personal and professional.
